Return, Refund & Package Pause Policy (ESSB – Elite Soccer School Bangalore)

At ESSB (Elite Soccer School Bangalore), our training programs are planned in advance with coach allocations, venue slots, and batch scheduling. To keep the system fair and smooth for all players, please read the guidelines below before enrolling.

No Refund Policy

ESSB follows a strict no-refund policy for all training packages and fees.

Registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Training packages are non-refundable once purchased/activated.
Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions, personal schedule issues, relocation, or change of mind.

Pause / Stop Your Package Anytime

While refunds are not provided, we understand that plans can change. Players can pause or stop their package anytime if they are unable to continue training.

You can request to pause your training for a later continuation.
You can request to stop continuing practice at any time (no refund applies).
Any pause/stop request is considered valid only after confirmation from the ESSB team.

How to Request a Pause / Discontinuation

Please use any of the below methods to raise your request:

Email our support/administration team with player details and the request.
Call our team and share the player name, batch/arena, and reason.
Visit the ESSB office or inform through your coach (coach will help route the request to admin).

What Details to Share

To process your request quickly, please share:

Player full name
Registered phone number
Training location / arena / batch timing
Package type (monthly/quarterly/etc.) and start date (if available)
Request type: Pause or Stop
Reason (optional, but helps us improve)

Confirmation & Processing Time

Once your request is received, our team will verify the details and confirm the pause/stop status. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for confirmation, depending on weekends, batch schedules, and verification requirements.

Program Updates & School Rights

ESSB may occasionally adjust training schedules, coaching staff, or training venues due to operational needs, weather, tournaments, or safety requirements. ESSB also reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment in case of misconduct, safety concerns, or breach of school rules. In such cases, no refund will be applicable.
